Description
The Associate, Sales Development is responsible for prospecting and scheduling appointments to the Client Executive. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers. Responsibilities: Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
Mastery of product knowledge and understanding of client's product and services
Manage high volume of outbound calls through phone and email each day
Maintain records to track prospects and consolidate database for client's reference and analysis.
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
Qualify and schedule appointments for sales opportunities
Achieve targets and KPIs within assigned territory
Required Skills: 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales or telemarketer
Proficient in Indonesian and English
Ability to multi-task
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
High sense of urgency, persistent, and proactive attitude
Able to detect and develop potential opportunities
