Audit Compliance Executive

_**What will be your task**:_- Responsible for managing the ESG Programs (Environmental, Social & Governance).- Organize ISO, RBA and customer compliance activities.- Responsible in ISO system establishment, establish SOP for new process and revise SOP for existing process to meet standard requirement.- Perform internal audit for ISO, Customer, RBA standard and prepare management review record.- Initiate and conduct monthly process Audit. Communicate internal non-conformance issue, co-ordinate with relevant HODs on improvement actions required on poor performance and propose corrective action plan to prevent recurrence.- Manage Supplier/Vendor/Contractor on a quarterly basis to ensure legal compliance.- Internal & External Auditor for company/customer regulations.- Key person to update the management on the latest changes in the International Code of Conduct Standards; including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Workplace Condition Assessment, International Labor Organization (ILO), International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and other relevant standards.- Organize bi-yearly internal audit within the company to ensure full compliance to customer's requirements, ISO, and RBA.- Liaise with external auditors during on-site audits and coordinates with respective departments for the audit preparation and plan.- Well versed in ISO and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).- Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master in Human Resource Management or compliance to Human Resource.- At least 5 years of working experience in a related filed is required for this position.- Knowledge of multiple standards in ISO & Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) would be an advantage.- Strong presentation skills, strong teamwork, and leadership skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you familiar with ISO & RBA Code of Conduct ?**Experience**:- Compliance: 4 years (preferred)- RBA Auditor: 4 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 06/30/2024
