Legal Specialist

Job ResponsibilityExecution of legal related work in overseas regions;Review and assist overseas lawyers in formulating various overseas contracts and documents, and resolve legal issues arising from contract performance;Handling legal affairs related to the company, consulting and answering legal issues, and ensuring the legality and compliance of the company's business activities;Communicate with partner law firms and local government authorities to guide compliance operations;Collaborate with external law firms of various overseas companies to collect and organize laws and regulations from various regions, formulate management policies for each company, and ensure the legal and compliant operation of each company;Other legal related work delivered by the leadership.Job RequirementsHaving a legal background and overseas lawyer professional qualifications are preferred;Proficient in both Mandarin and English (to due with China & overseas colleagues), capable of using them as working languages;More than one year of work experience in corporate legal or law firm;Acceptable for irregular business trips.Job BenefitsTransport & HP AllowancesBody Checkup ClaimQuarterly KPI Bonus etc
