Main Responsibilities:
Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety, and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.Daily visual inspection and monitoring all the machines and take immediate action when found the machine in abnormal running condition. Anticipate in automation failures / machine breakdown and facilities with improvement proposals and root cause analyse.Always carry out preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance functioning of all the machine.Proficient in programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.Prepare requisition to purchase necessary electrical / electronic parts and recommendation based on technical evaluation and judgement.Participate in completing risk assessment of the new equipment, and regular updating for the existing equipment, propose necessary improvements based on the risk assessment results.Provide automation support to any equipment technical modification or installation project, ensure the smooth implementation of the projectCollaborated with relevant stakeholder by assist in the effective and efficient resolution of automation issues thereby improving all automation at the facility.Developed, analyzed, and reviewed PLC, HMI programs, using functional design specifications.Experience, knowledge and skills Advance Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.Ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English.Preferably with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in continuous operating plant automation trouble shooting and maintenance.Familiar with tension control system and PLC control system programming, especially the Siemens / ABB PLC programming experienceGood communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.Familiar with Human Machine Interface programming especially Siemens WinCC / TIA / Wonderware Intouch
