Automation System Engineer

Understand Automation System Design Requirements:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand the automation requirements.
Translate client needs into functional design specifications.
Work with Sales Team:
Assist the sales team in preparing system design proposals.
Provide input on costing and scheduling for proposed systems.
Develop and Install Programs:
Utilize PLC/SCADA automation software and programming languages to develop automation programs.
Ensure programs meet the design specifications and performance criteria.
Plan, Coordinate, and Supervise Installation:
Create detailed installation plans and schedules.
Oversee the installation process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Plan, Schedule, and Manage FAT and SAT:
Organize Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with clients.
Ensure all tests are conducted thoroughly and meet client standards.
Conduct Operational and Maintenance Training:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client personnel.
Ensure clients are proficient in operating and maintaining the installed systems.
Design Change Management and Documentation:
Manage design changes and ensure all modifications are documented.
Produce as-built documentation for the completed system.
Provide Technical Support:
Offer ongoing technical support to clients post-installation.
