What can you expect for this position: Develop ICT/Boundary Scan/Flying Probe/MDA test libraries.Develop ICT/Boundary Scan/Flying Probe/MDA test procedures.Develop burning libraries for ICT.Introduce and research new testing technologies.Analyse DFT and coverage for new products and optimizing test procedures. Receive, introduce and transfer RD or other site documents and data.Optimize production technology, review and introduce ECR/ECO/ECN.Support and assist with vendor technology.
