Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility : To submit and update site progress claim once received from Site Supervisor.Prepare tender documents & submission.Prepare expected profit and loss budget, material budget, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval.Prepare correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to Head of Contract for reviewing/ verification purpose.Ensure the project database up to date.Perform all other duties assigned by superior.                                                .
Requirements : Required languages: English & Mandarin.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in QS.
