Job Scope: Developing project sales on the real estate project channel for French brandsOversee the project business by developing strategies, identifying new projects, meeting developers, monitoring installations and conducting site inspectionsAttend site meetings, tender interviews, and resolve all site technical issues with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and developersAble to comprehend construction drawingsFollow up regularly with consultants on all authorities requirementsBuild network of relevant professionals to benefit the businessSupport the sales activities with promotions, campaigns, launching and other marketing activities to promote sales Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalentsAt least 2 year of working experienceProven Sales Manager experience in a project management environmentPreference for candidate who has proven relevant B2B experienceStrong networking skills with authorities, consultants and subcontractorsExcellent interpersonal skillsCommercially driven, self initiator, pro active, and a team playerAble to work independent, and with attention to detailFluent in verbal and written English, BM & Mandarin Salary:
Up to MYR 7,000 (Basic) + Commission
