Barista Cum Cashier

1. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to recipes and customer's order
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
3. Keep the workspace and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
4. Restock supplies as needed, including coffee beans, milk, and condiments.
5. Assist in tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages to the manager.
6. Operate the cash register and credit card transactions.
7. Maintain records of daily transactions at the end of the shift.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

REQUIREMENTS :
1. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
2. Flexibility to work various shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
3. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
4. Knowing latte art is an advantage.
5. Able to serve alcoholic beverages.
6. Entry level is welcome to apply.
7. Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Permanent Resident of Malaysia and Malaysian Citizen.
