Responsibilities
Business Relationships:Leverages relationships with sales support center team members, functional SMEs within Honeywell, professional proposal development personnel and Global resources to support assigned opportunities.
Sales Process:Assist the Sales Support Centre leader in building and motivating a dynamic sales support centre team to cultivate and deliver project results.
Customers:Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team; drive key initiatives with sales professionals and leaders.
People Management:Attract, mentor, and develop bid team members in support of sales excellence.
Results:Responsible for the implementation and execution of the strategy for assigned opportunities.
WE VALUE
Three (3) + years of management experience
Five (5) + years of related sales experience
Five (5) years+ Project management or operations experience with balancing short-term results with long term strategy
Demonstrated credibility at the executive level in the customer's organization as well as their own
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Proven ability to work on multiple projects/ opportunities at one time.
Skills
Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
