Job DescriptionOversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
Ensuring a positive and satisfying shopping experience for customers.
Ensure the store is appropriately stocked by managing inventory levels, merchandise displays, and replenishment processes.
Restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly labelled with prices and descriptions.
Processing transactions, including cash, credit card, or other payment methods, accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store or sales area.
Analyse forecast demand and manage stock to avoid overstocking or running out of products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, aiming for effective resolution.
What is Expected of You:A background in retail experience is essential.
Organised and systematic.
Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance.
Job RequirementsExperienced in related field, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the fashion retail industry.
Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management and merchandise management.
Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and other retail technology is essential.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
