Providing customers with a good shopping experience.
Achieving sales targets by identifying customers' needs, recommending the right products, and closing the sale.
Assisting the Boutique Manager in monitoring sales targets and motivating staff to attain these targets.
Working closely with the team to achieve sales goals.
Performing CRM and coordinating with Management for activities.
Ensuring all customer data is entered correctly.
Overseeing walk-in customer repair services and ensuring that staff follow up closely on each repair service.
Guiding staff in delivering exemplary quality customer service.
Ensuring that watches are merchandised in accordance with guidelines.
Ensuring all sales and stock reports, as well as customer service documents, are accurately compiled and filed.
Submitting reports of staff attendance and overtime claims in a timely manner.
Ensuring that all staff are informed of important messages and emails to maintain smooth retail operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
