This role is responsible for supporting the marketplace account executive team based in Malaysia to manage brand inquiries and follow up with sellers in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan on the ZALORA Marketplace platform.
Responsibilities:
Assist account executives to build relationships with the assigned brands via email by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA.
Liaise with brands on campaign objectives and improve operational aspects of their business.
Assist account executives in monitoring and driving the growth of the brands by actively interacting and following up.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Full professional proficiency in English.
Possess presentation skills and be confident with public speaking.
Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to achieve results and attention to detail.
