As the voice of the company, you will guide our clients on a journey to marketing success while emphasizing the importance of out-of-home marketing.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
-Identify and generate new prospect leads to develop new business opportunities, driving company sales and business growth.
-Expand and enhance existing client campaign opportunities.
-Plan and oversee new market initiatives.
-Prepare presentations and media sales kits tailored to each client's needs.
-Develop customized proposals and quotations.
Client Account Servicing
-Maintain and nurture fruitful relationships with existing customers.
-Establish rapport and schedule meetings with new clients.
-Attend and facilitate all status meetings and communications.
-Keep clients informed about new developments in the company's products.
-Oversee and execute all client campaigns from inception to completion within stipulated timelines and budgets.
-Collaborate with teams and third-party vendors to meet all client expectations.
-Provide post-campaign reporting and analytics.
-Monitor and deliver clients' campaign advertising budgets.
General Management
-Oversee day-to-day execution and project management.
-Negotiate with clients to resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met.
-Conduct periodic site visits to understand the outdoor market landscape and catchment area for better campaign planning.
-Prepare necessary documents (Media Requisition Order, Media Booking Schedule) and track Campaign Booking Orders for campaign confirmation.
-Liaise with vendors, follow up on payment processes, and maintain costing summaries of client campaigns.
-Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

; Requirements:- Requirements:
-Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in sales / business development / client servicing or equivalent within the advertising industry for offline / online media works. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communications or its related field.
-Resourceful, self-motivated, mature and confident.
-Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Mandarin will be an advantage.
-Excellent presentation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
-Proactive team player and endow with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Analytical and willing to take on new challenges.
-Able to multi-task and work under pressure independently within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
