As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.You will enter our famous '**Barista Academy'** from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.- **Key Responsibilities**_In this role, you will:- Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers. **You bring the passion, we provide the training**, and you share the best specialty coffee & tea with the customer.- Guide customers through their coffee & tea experience from beginning to end providing exceptional customer service.- Serve a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise.- Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with customers.- Handle cash transactions honestly, efficiently, and accurately.- Care about the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers.- Take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.- **Your Ingredients**- Our Brew Crew is **fueled by curiosity**.
