Manage fee codes, rebate adjustments, and collaborate with faculties and departments on fee structures, payment schemes, and accommodation billing.
Ensure accurate cash collection, reconciliation, and verification of daily cashier reports.
Oversee Credit Control Unit to monitor fee defaults and ensure timely submission of Debtors Aging Reports for review.
Liaise with Study Loan Unit to track student payment status and coordinate follow-ups.
Conduct student briefings on fee payment schemes and validate refund requests.
Support general administration of financial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Proficient in financial management with strong analytical and costing skills.
Strong in accounting and budget management.Experience
