The RoleBe the subject matter expert with the system's functionality and usage, guiding each business department in using the system and supporting their daily operations at the functional level.
Be responsible for the store's software configuration, troubleshoot software failures in a timely manner, and ensure store functioning and business operations.
Assist each department in conducting data statistics and analysis, gather feedback and opinions, communicate with the system provider via project management methods, and ensure seamless project implementation.
Coordinate local third-party technology providers in Malaysia, as well as payment, SMS, and other technical activities, to ensure smooth collaboration with third parties and system operation.
Ideal ProfileAt least 5 years of experience, ideally in an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
Strong attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard.
A self-starter demonstrating a high level of resilience.
Ability to converse, read/write in Chinese is preferred but not required.
