Business Consulting Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate should have at least a diploma, preferably in business, marketing or related field;
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales-related role (for those with experience in accounting and finance industry will be an advantage);
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
Strong communication skills, presentation and influencing skills;
Effectively bilingual inEnglishandMandarinas this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (i.e: China Market);
Self-driven, persistent, highly-motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra mile;
Proficient in MS Applications- Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements;
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and develop new marketing initiatives;
Proactively engage with potential/existing clients, establish rapport and develop new leads and partnerships;
Conduct market research and provide in-depth analysis and insights to market and customer trends; able to identify opportunities and gaps;
Develop new business initiatives and revenue streams that contribute to business growth;
Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and post sales follow up;
