Contribute to the achievement of DESA Group's agro-food based business objectives by developing, executing and managing:-Effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market shareStrategic business development plans to achieve revenue targetsMarket research model and means to anticipate customer needs and trendsMarketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline)2.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnership and markets as well as nurture relationships with potential clients, partners and stakeholders.
3.  Lead, mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals as well as foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment with the sales and retailing leader and teams.
4.  Monitor, analyse and report on market trends, competitors and customer feedback.
5.  Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
