Attend sales meetings and company training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales and business development activities to management.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
