Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, market position, and competitive landscape.
Assist in planning and executing events and roadshows to promote the brand and generate leads.
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, potential locations, trends, customers, partnerships, and products/services.
Vet and evaluate new markets and potential locations both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Build relationships with potential partners, suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts.
Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to increase market share.
Submit tenders and monitor project documentation.
Prepare quotations and manage payment collection from clients.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
Experience in the real estate, retail, or corporate sector is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and a Chinese dialect.
Familiar with field sales, face-to-face selling, and group presentations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
