What You'll Do:
This role requires working closely with the Business Development Manager/ Team Head/ District Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to promote financial solutions products and achieve company business revenue and objectives.
Provide "One-Stop" and holistic financial solutions to our clients.
Build Relationships:Connect and enhance relationships with existing clients and promote top-tier financial products.
Build your business network through industry leaders and associations.
Analyse Financial Needs:Conduct financial health reviews to understand clients' needs and financial goals.
Perform needs-based selling by understanding the client's financial goal, protection need, saving, education, medical, and retirement saving.
Create Tailored Solutions:Develop personalised professional wealth advice solutions to meet clients' specific financial needs.
Engage with our wealth specialists, sense the pulse of the global economy, and offer professional advice and appropriate financial solutions to our customers to achieve your revenue target.
Drive Sales:Set appointments, conduct sales visitations, prospect, close deals, and engage with customers.
Deliver Efficient Service:Provide exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.
Assist customers with premium payments, policy inquiries, policy servicing, and claims-related matters.

Capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
