-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).


-Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.


-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.


-Solid understanding of market dynamics and business development techniques.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
