Position: Business Development Executive Salary Package: Basic RM3,000 - RM3,500 + Commission Working Location: Mid Valley Southkey, JB Company Background: Corporate Training Provider Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Job Descriptions: - Find new and qualified potential clients.
- Reach out to SME business owners and carry out a Performance Needs Analysis for their business.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to the Decision Maker.
- Recommend the right solution or programme that fits the individuals development needs within the company.
- Work with all learning partners, like course coaches, facilitators, and manager mentors, to help participants learn and achieve their goals.
- Regularly collect feedback for improvement and follow up with clients to ensure results, maintain relationships, and encourage resales and referrals.
Job Requirements: - Have at least 1 year working experience to deal with SMEs.
- Result oriented to close sales independently.
