Job responsibilities:
Create and execute sales plans to achieve the sales target and ensure that the sales plans are aligned with the company's direction.
Explore new & potential customers to achieve a more diversified sales portfolio for the Company.
Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the coverage area.
Ensure wide distribution of product.
Deliver annual business plan, volume, and profitability through food service customers.
Ensure sales KPIs are tracked, measured, and reported.
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company's products.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working experience in Business Development/Sales.
Preferable candidate with experience in Food Service/General Trade in the FMCG market.
At least SPM and above or related field.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Good planning and organization skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Over deliver and achieve a high performance level.
Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
