Job ResponsibilitiesSales Development:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
Identify market opportunities for business growth.
Execute strategies and action plans for generating new leads, business partners, and accounts, including conducting business orientation programs and setting exploratory meetings.
Achieve recruitment targets for new business partners, such as insurance agents, sales agencies, and corporate accounts.
Conduct training sessions on the sales process, product, and app to onboard, equip, and enable newly signed business partners.
Run regular sessions and execute sales campaigns to create opportunities for new businesses and/or renewals with the goal of activating all business partners.
Reactivate and engage dormant agents, business partners, and sales agencies to increase overall activity ratio.
Sales Management:
Prepare sales reports/account status in a timely manner reflecting the sales pipeline and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
Analyze sales statistics/reports that can be used as a reference for reviewing past sales performance and predicting future sales performance.
Escalate and recommend appropriate actions/interventions to concerns and issues encountered in respective channels.
Communicate with internal stakeholders about contractual agreements and system integrations for seamless execution.
Communicate with external stakeholders, such as insurers/takaful operators, to propose business program proposals with expected sales performance.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the travel industry; candidates with insurance experience in Corporate Solutions will be preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build credibility with new business partners.
High energy and driven to meet sales targets.
