Business Development Manager/ Client Manager / Executive - Corporate B2BAccount & Relationship Management (Sales)
You will take the lead role in developing new business/account and client relationships particularly in the permanent, contract staffing arena. You will identify market trends and industry needs, and build a sales pipeline in accordance with targets set and lead in their implementation.
Job Responsibilities
Perform business development activities and acquire new customers with permanent or contract and temp staffing needs
Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs set
Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
Qualify leads and negotiate terms offered to clients
Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery of our services
Closely monitor and prepare submissions for government and private tenders
Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Service to optimise marketing strategies, analysing market trends and data besides delivering effective value propositions
Develop and maintain strong working relationships & business partnerships with local & regional divisional internal stakeholders, strategic suppliers and external partnerships
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
B2B (Business-to-Business) experience is a must
Target-oriented with a strong hunter attitude
Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders
