Primary Responsibilities Lead local sales and business development activities to support and deliver sustained future growth Maintain accurate real-time information on opportunities to enable effective forecasting and planning Follow sales governance to ensure quality and manage risk Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders at clients to support them in their ongoing digital transformation Lead sales engagements with clients from end to end including the orchestration of technical pre-sales engagements Uncover and effectively articulate customer pains and desired outcomes in order for the most appropriate solutions to be designed Deliver exciting presentations and coordinate impressive demos and proposals that address the customers' needs and excite them to work with sa.global Leverage global marketing campaigns and drive local demand generation activities that woos future and existing clients to build a robust pipeline Conduct regular account planning and business development sessions with Microsoft contacts, jointly target, develop offerings, and secure funding Skills And Experience Previous experience working in a commercial sales function within the Microsoft Ecosystem with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Demonstrable track-record of closing complex solution sales Strong consulting acumen and understanding of Dynamics 365 from a functional and business perspective Demonstrates enthusiasm and proactively seeks opportunities to improve sales Demonstrates creativity and reacts positively to new challenges and change Possess a high work ethic in accordance with role demands, expectation and responsibility Credible, articulate, confident and tenacious, with the gravitas and credibility to build relationships with executives at all business levels Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally Excellent team-player collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery and beyond Capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with clients and the sa.global team First class communication and presentation skills at all levels in English; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is advantageous
