ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Analyze competitors and develop strategies to outperform them.
Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
