Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the fertilizer sales division, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the agriculture sector.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to drive business decisions.Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to meet financial targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product sourcing, logistics, and distribution.Lead sales campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to promote the fertilizer business.Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to Director, suggesting areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and environmental best practices related to fertilizers.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations, preferably within the agriculture or fertilizer industry.Strong network within the agriculture sector is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and lead a team.Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and financial planning.Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally to other parts of Malaysia.
