Business Development, Senior Executive (Digital Talent & Digital Learning)

Details of the offer

Job Purpose: Accountable to develop businesses and reach business targets, specifically Digital Talent & DigitaL Learning solutions - LMS/TMS/CMS, eLearning Development, eLearning Contents Library, AR/VR & consultancy services.
Accountable to maintain strong customers relationship and develop new customers base.
Work closely with internal colleagues / principal partners in delivering impactful business development activities.
Targeted segment is those in Private & Public Sectors.
Targeted customers base can be varying - Human Capital, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Transformation, Technical Users The diverse role involves: Identifying business opportunities with the business & commercial team.
Engaging clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing opportunities into sales.
This is done through client relationships, networking, cold calls, sales emails, marketing campaigns and other business development initiatives.
Identifying high chance business opportunities and continuously following up sales process secure business.
(Example: Ensuring email conversations lead to presentation, presentation to lead to proposal delivery, proposal to lead to contract award and to continue to expand and build business post contract award.)
Proposing, developing & implementing sales strategies, sales management process and sales forecasting to achieve targeted business growth & profitability.
Providing leadership, coaching and support to other sales colleagues.
Facilitating pre-sales presentation, technical Q&A, and after-sales support services.
Delivering business proposals to best meet clients needs in terms of quality, price and delivery timeline.
Conducting vendor registration for ELSAs clients.
Assisting in tender activities including preparation and submission of Market Surveys, RFQs, RFPs and Technical and Commercial Bid Proposal.
Maximizing and optimizing utilization of existing contracts.
Maintaining strong relationship with clients to build and expand long term business.
Assisting in company marketing & branding initiatives such as articles, social media marketing posts, email blast campaigns, attending or creating networking events and producing webinar sessions.
Qualifications Require: Any degree or diploma with minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in Sales / Business Development / Marketing in business environment.
Experiences in sales & business development in B2B sales, software & solution sales and talent solutions are an advantage.
Persistency and ability in generating leads / sales / business.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
Client focused along with relationship building skills.
Effective negotiation, influencing & communication skills.
Integrity and confidentiality.
