We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development & Training Manager to join our team in the Direct Selling industry in Malaysia. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English and possess a robust background in Business Development & Training management. The Business Development & Training Assistant Manager/Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business development & training processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis.
Develop an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Implement a diverse array of physical and online training methods, including mentoring, coaching, e-learning modules, workshops, zoom webinars, and others.
Conduct effective orientation, compensation plan, and product introduction sessions.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, providing opportunities for improvement.
Tailor training programs as necessary to resolve specific problems.
Stay abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Assist distributors in network growth to build up the business.
Perform copywriting and translations for company communication aids as necessary.
Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and events such as seminars, workshops, and trainings.
Requirements and Skills:Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing & training, preferably in the MLM sector.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in the Direct Selling industry in Malaysia is advantageous.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Canva, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
Qualifications:Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Training or related field.
Sales or marketing and training experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal communication.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia.
