Business Executive

• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and enterprise risk management.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams in the execution of sustainability initiatives and enterprise risk management.
• Develop training programs and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop communication materials that effectively articulate the sustainability initiatives and enterprise risk management to employees.
• Periodically monitor the performance indicators of the sustainability initiatives and enterprise risk management.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Recommend process enhancements and implement best practices for continuous improvements.
• Perform all other duties and job responsibilities assigned by your superior.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of working experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to align people across different teams.
• Ability to prioritize, plan effectively, and execute all plans efficiently.
• Teamwork, action-oriented, problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
