Responsibilities
Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle management of EUC products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor product performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure proposed products meet their expectations.
Prepare proposals and costing for tender documents, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Collaborate with vendors, distributors and/or internal Services Team to gather necessary information and pricing.
Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the Business Director.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, with 5+ years of business development/sales experience in the IT industry.
Ability to manage external partners and executive-level relationships, and to manage and develop people.
Ability to build and execute cross-functional plans to achieve defined objectives.
Ability to analyze and interpret business results, develop action plans, and set targets.
Ability to build strong relationships with the sales organization.
Knowledge of EUC (End-User Computing) and Software is a strong asset.
Ability to communicate effectively with Solution Architects.
