Business Solution Analyst

Prestige Kinetic is a progressive business consulting company, delivering high quality professional services to multi-national clients specializing in the following areas – Supply Chain and Logistic Strategy and Optimization, IT System Implementation, Knowledge Process Outsourcing and Project Management.
This position acts as a key focal point between business users and IT team to ensure the software development life cycle (SDLC) process runs smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:Perform user story grooming by gathering user requirements and analysing existing business processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities and in a team, recommend solutions to improvise existing business processes.
Translate business requirements to IT team for subsequent system design and development.
Perform testing or QA on system solutions.
Provide project management support throughout the SDLC.
Develop documentation for training and user guides.
Requirements:A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain/Logistic.
Experience in implementation of supply chain related modules in ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP.
Good functional knowledge and understanding of SCM modules in any of the following - Inventory, BOM, Procurement, WMS, Costing, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Knowledge and experience in Cloud SCM modules such as Order Management, Finance and Planning, would be an added advantage.
Experience in Project Management methodologies such as JIRA or Agile.
