In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our bustling cafe.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and smoothies
Assembling and serving an array of delicious cafe-style meals
Stocking and maintaining the front-of-house area to ensure it is clean, well-presented and inviting for customers
Handling cash and electronic payments in a courteous and accurate manner
Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
Assisting with general cafe duties as required, such as cleaning, food preparation and inventory management
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality or food service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Enthusiasm for working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality cafe experience
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
