**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
3. **Database Management:**
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify trends in customer queries and feedback to suggest improvements to team processes.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer feedback and suggest innovative solutions for service improvement.
5. **Sales Support:**
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate to drive revenue while maintaining customer trust.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Stay updated on new products, policies, and industry trends to provide top-notch service.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or customer service-related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:**
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
