**Job Description:**

This is a part-time entry-level position based in Malacca City, Melaka. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive information on MYEG products and services, addressing customer queries effectively.
- Assist customers with navigating our online services, ensuring an optimal user experience.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and analyze customer needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.

3. **Relationship Building:**
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to foster a collaborative working environment.
- Continuously engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

4. **Follow-up and Feedback:**
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to help improve service quality and overall customer experience.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to share knowledge and best practices while actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by supporting colleagues and maintaining a friendly demeanor.

6. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
- Assist in conducting presentations to communicate service offerings to prospective customers when necessary.

**Requirements:**

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and present solutions effectively. Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be passionate about customer service, driven to achieve personal and company goals, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using customer support software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with online service platforms.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
