**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Issue Resolution:**

3. **Relationship Building:**

4. **Follow-up and Feedback:**
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
