Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in call center management.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of call center agents to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels.3. Monitor call center operations and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.4. Train and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and performance.5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.6. Analyze call center data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.2. Strong leadership and negotiation skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Proven track record in call center management.5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software.7. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
