Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Manage client accounts, including communication, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.2. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables.4. Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.5. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client accounts and performance.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients.7. Lead and mentor a team of client service representatives to ensure consistent service delivery.8. Handle escalated client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or account management.3. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.8. Driven, independent personality traits.
