Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and confident Call Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries or concerns.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
3. Provide information about products and services, as well as promotions and special offers.
4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
