**Job Description:**

Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. As a part-time representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. We are looking for individuals who are independent, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Communication:** Handle incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions by leveraging available resources, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Data Entry and Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system, maintaining detailed documentation for reference.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

- **Follow-Up:** Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved inquiries, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

- **Feedback Contribution:** Actively participate in team meetings and contribute feedback regarding customer trends and insights, helping to improve overall service quality.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Seek opportunities for personal and professional development, exhibiting a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or customer service is a plus.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

- **Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all customer interactions.
- Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions and answering customer inquiries.
