As a key member of our customer service department, you will be on the front lines, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, and orders.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently by remaining calm and empathetic while working to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Acquire in-depth knowledge of Top Glove products, services, and policies in order to accurately convey information and assist customers.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Follow-Up:** Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gauge their satisfaction levels.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to communicate customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance skills and promote team cohesiveness.
- **Adaptability:** Stay adaptable to changes in work processes, systems, and responsibilities, positively embracing shifts in the work environment.
**Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:** High School diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience Level:** No prior work experience is required; however, previous customer service experience is advantageous.
