**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operational Support:**

- Collaborate with team members to escalate issues that require higher authority and ensure timely resolution.
- **Communication and Feedback:**

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.

- Proven strategic planning abilities, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
- Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology.
