### **Job Description**

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Call Center Specialist to join our remote team. As a key player in our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints using effective problem-solving techniques while maintaining a professional demeanor.

- **Information Management:**
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and in compliance with company policy.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database with relevant information.
- Prepare reports and summaries of customer interactions for management review.

- **Technical Support:**
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for product-related questions and direct more complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist customers with navigating the company website and using self-service portals.

- **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and improve service processes.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to explore creative solutions for enhancing customer experience.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Gather insights and feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of customer service materials, such as FAQs and user guides.

### **Requirements**

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is preferred.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic computer navigation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
