### Job Description

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with previous call center experience to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding service while working independently in a virtual environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Service Excellence:** Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and care.

- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer complaints through active listening and effective troubleshooting techniques, documenting all interactions in our CRM software for future reference.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, provide updates on issues, and gather feedback to enhance service quality.

- **Sales Support:** Assist in processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, and identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that may meet customer needs.

- **Documentation:** Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions, prepare reports as needed, and provide insights into customer trends and feedback to inform ongoing process improvements.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and management to share effective communication strategies and discuss insights for common issues to enhance operational efficiency.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.

### Requirements

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience utilizing CRM software.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and call center technology.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Demonstrate consistent performance and punctuality, ensuring dependable service delivery.
- **Independent:** Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and self-motivated to achieve performance goals.
