### Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the overall success of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving service issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

### Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, aiming to provide solutions to their questions and concerns.

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs and problems quickly and efficiently, effectively utilizing available resources to address and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure a smooth workflow and follow-up processes.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication when handling complex customer inquiries or issues.

- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and adapting to changes in processes or customer needs.

- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call response rates, resolution times, and customer satisfaction indicators.

- **Feedback Participation**: Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback for process improvements and strategies to enhance customer experience.

### Requirements:

- **Education**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in a related field will be considered an advantage.

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred, but not mandatory for confident candidates with the right traits.

- **Personality Traits**:
- **Resourceful**: Ability to think on your feet and creatively solve problems while utilizing available resources effectively.
- **Confident**: Must project confidence and possess strong communication skills to engage customers positively.

- **Soft Skills**:

- **Availability**: Must be able to commit to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.
