Job Description:
AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
