Customer Service Responsibilities Monitor and reply to the current customer service account information.
Categorize the feedback problems and deal with them according to the SOP.
If it can't be processed, hand it over to the corresponding L2 support.
Customer service and security alarm response.  Customer Service Qualifications SPM degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English, Cantonese ability and computer background are preferred.
More than 1 year of customer service experience, involving telephone, email, platform customer complaints, etc., in the Internet field is preferred.
Familiar with customer service software platforms, such as CRM systems, call center software, etc.
Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, team spirit, etc.
Able to work night shift preferred.
Able to work at KL office preferred.
