Job ResponsibilitiesProcess Payments : Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.Operate POS System : Use the restaurant's Point of Sale (POS) system to input orders, process payments, and issue receipts.Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.Answer Customer Inquiries : Provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions.Balance Cash Drawer : Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.Coordinate with Staff : Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Handle Customer Complaints : Address any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and escalate if needed.Maintain Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a positive customer experience through friendly and efficient service.Summary of Role RequirementsLooking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, Afternoon
